Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

The Bruh Bears tavern (staking.bruherhood.com) and its Discord bot let holders link a wallet to a Discord account so raffle wins can notify the winner. This policy explains what that involves. Using Discord is optional — the raffle itself never requires it.

What we collect

  • Discord identity. If you choose to link, we request the Discord identify scope and store your Discord user ID and username.
  • Wallet address. The public address you connect and sign with. Wallet activity is already public on-chain.
  • The link between them, plus the timestamp, so the bot can @mention the right person.

We do not request your email, message history, friends, or any other Discord data, and we never ask for your private keys or a token-moving transaction.

How we use it

  • To @mention you in the Bruh Bears server when a raffle you entered is drawn.
  • To show your own link status on the Account page.
  • To let holders receive server announcements about raffles.
  • The operator (contract owner or host) can see linked wallets and Discord usernames in the admin panel, to run raffle pings.

We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

Where it lives

The link is stored in a managed key-value database (Upstash). Discord identity is provided by Discord under their own privacy policy. The bot talks to Discord over its API only and runs no message-reading gateway connection.

Your control

Linking is opt-in and reversible. Open Account, connect the same wallet, and choose Disconnect Discord; you sign a message to prove ownership and the link is deleted. After that the bot can no longer @mention that wallet's wins.
