By using the Bruh Bears tavern (staking.bruherhood.com) and its Discord bot you agree to these terms. The tavern is a soft-staking and community-raffle tool for the Bruh Bears NFT collection.

What it is

  • Soft staking: your NFT never leaves your wallet — no custody, no transfer locks.
  • Bruffle raffles: entries derive from on-chain staking state and are verifiable by recomputation.
  • Optional Discord linking so raffle wins can @mention you (see the Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

  • Link only wallets and Discord accounts you own.
  • Don't abuse, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the tavern, the bot, or the raffle contracts.
  • Follow the Bruh Bears Discord server rules and Discord's own Terms of Service.

No financial advice, no warranty

Everything is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Raffles are for community fun and are not an investment or a promise of value. On-chain transactions are irreversible and you are responsible for the wallet you connect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for any loss arising from use of the tavern or bot.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
